We do, however, accept limited returns or replacements in specific situations. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact our customer support team within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will provide instructions and arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.

If a shipment is lost in transit by the carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or other shipping providers) and is confirmed as not delivered, we will reship your order at no additional cost. However, if the tracking information shows that the package has been marked as “delivered,” our responsibility is considered fulfilled, and we will not issue a free reshipment under those circumstances.

In the event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately. All orders are carefully documented and photographed prior to shipment to ensure accuracy. Once we verify the legitimacy of your claim, we will promptly send the missing item.
